NBI Satisfaction Guarantee & Cancellation Policy
If you aren't satisfied with a seminar or training resource, call or write to us within 60 days of program attendance or product receipt, and we'll make it right.
We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend a program, please contact Customer Service. We'd be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague, setting up a credit for a different NBI event, or sending you the recording and manual of the event. If you choose to receive the recording and manual, a $7.95 shipping charge will be applied.
If you prefer, you may receive a full refund, less a $20 processing fee, if you cancel 4 or more business days prior to the seminar. Any cancellation received within 3 business days of the seminar will not be eligible for a cash refund, but may still take advantage of one of the alternate options listed above.
