My Account

  • How do I log in to My Account?

    Click Log In at the top of the page to access your account. You will be prompted to log in using your email address and password. If you have not purchased or registered for a course before, you can create an account at this time. If you are not sure if you have an account, click on the Forgot Your Password link. A box will display below prompting you to enter your email address. If you enter an email address that is not in our system, you will receive the following message: "There was no valid account found for the Email address you entered." At that point you can create an account on the right hand side of the screen.

  • How do I access my courses?

    Click Log In at the top of the page to access your account. You will be prompted to log in using your email address and password. From there you can select the course you would like to access.

  • I cannot find one of the programs I registered for in My Account.

    Click Log In at the top of the page to access your account. You will be prompted to log in using your email address and password. Once in your account, you can access all your courses by clicking on My Courses or by clicking on one of the categories listed under My Courses (Upcoming Events, Past Events, OnDemand & Downloads, or CDs, DVDs & Books). Still can't find the course? Call us at 877-624-7707.

  • I know I have an account, but I cannot find it with my email address.

    Please call us at 877-624-7707.

  • Help! I forgot my password.

    Click the Forgot Your Password link on the log in screen. A box will display below prompting you to enter your email address. A temporary password will be emailed to you. When you log in using the temporary password, you will be prompted to change your password. If you are still having trouble accessing your account, please call us at 877-624-7707.

  • How do I update my personal information (name, address, job title, phone number, email address, password etc.)?

    Click Log In at the top of the page to access your account. You wil be prompted to log in using your email address and password. Once in your account, click on Edit Profile and update your profile accordingly. Make sure to save all changes.

  • I would like a copy of the order receipt for an online transaction I completed. Where can I get one?

    Click Log In at the top of the page to access your account. You will be prompted to log in using your eamil address and password. Once in your account, click on Order History. All transactions that you have completed online since January 1, 2009 will be listed. Select the transaction you are looking for by clicking the View Receipt button. The transaction details of the order you completed will be displayed. If you have any questions about your order, please call our Customer Service Department at 877-624-7707.

  • How do I request continuing education credit online?

    Click Log In at the top of the page to access your account. You will be prompted to log in using your email address and password. You must complete the course before credit can be requested. Once in your account, click on Request Credit next to the corresponding course and you will be taken to the credit request form, where you will be asked to complete a program evaluation and select your credit. You can also request additional credits from this section. If you've already submitted a credit request and want to review it, visit the Submitted Credit Requests page, where you can review all previous credit request.
