HEATHER BUSSING is a California employment attorney with more than 30 years of experience handling workplace drama and legal issues. Ms. Bussing provides preventative and strategic advice to employers, teaches legal writing and social media and internet law, and writes regularly for the HRExaminer. She has been interviewed and quoted on employment issues in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNN, Mashable, Business Insider, and NPR and regularly speaks on the intersection of people, work and technology. Ms. Bussing received her B.A. and J.D. degree from the University of Kansas.
CASEY S. ERICK joined the firm of Kessler & Collins, P.C., as a shareholder in May of 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Erick was a partner with the law firm of Bennett, Weston, LaJone & Turner, P.C. He specializes in business and employment lawsuits, including breach of contract, trade secret law, tortious interference, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment. In 2014, 2015 and 2016, Mr. Erick was awarded the honor of becoming a Rising Star among the Super Lawyers of Texas, a Thompson Reuters company. In 2013, he was inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Erick also has extensive appellate experience, including two victories in the Supreme Court of Texas (City of Corsicana v. Stewart, 249 S.W.3d 412 (Tex. 2008) (per curiam) and Denton County v. Beynon, 283 S.W.3d 329 (Tex. 2009). He attended the University of Mississippi and graduated cum laude. Mr. Casey then went on to receive his law degree from Baylor University School of Law. While at Baylor, he was one of only a few students to become a moot court finalist and earn his membership in the Order of Barristers.
ZACHARY ERWIN is a partner with the law firm of Anderson, Coe & King, LLP. Mr. Erwin concentrates his civil litigation practice primarily in the areas of workers' compensation, and labor and employment defense. He has extensive experience in Maryland and the District of Columbia representing employers and insurers in workers' compensation cases. Mr. Erwin’s practice also includes defending employers against individual and collective actions raising employment discrimination, employee benefits, and wage and hour claims under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. He has vast experience representing employers and insurers in both state and federal court and before state and federal administrative agencies, including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, numerous Maryland and D.C. Fair Employment Practices Agencies, the Department of Labor, and MOSH/OSHA. Mr. Erwin is admitted to practice law in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Erwin has been named a Rising Star in workers’ compensation for 2015, 2016 and 2017 by Super Lawyers Magazine. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia. He earned his B.A. degree from Denison University and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
PETER L. FRATTARELLI is a partner with Archer & Greiner P.C., where he is the chair of the Labor and Employment Department. Mr. Frattarelli regularly represents management and employers in labor and employment litigation and proceedings. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (including an Executive Committee position with the Labor and Employment Law Section); Delaware State Bar Association; American Bar Association; Camden County (New Jersey) Bar Association; barrister, Sidney Reitman Labor and Employment Law Inns of Court; and Justinian Society (Italian-American attorneys organization). Mr. Frattarelli is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey; and before the U.S. Supreme Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court (Delaware, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey). He earned his B.S. degree from Drexel University; and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law.
