MICKELL JIMENEZ is an attorney at Holland & Hart LLP. Ms. Jimenez advises business owners and management on the full spectrum of employment issues that can impact an enterprise. She provides up-front guidance to help position businesses to effectively mitigate risk. When disputes arise, she draws on her substantial experience in state and federal court to defend clients in litigation, administrative and regulatory hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums. Ms. Jimenez received her B.S. degree from the University of Utah and her J.D. degree from the University of Utah College of Law where she studied her last semester at the London Law Consortium. She is a member of the Utah State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Salt Lake County Bar Association.
ALEX B. LEEMAN is a shareholder at Parsons Behle & Latimer. His practice focuses on employment law, professional malpractice defense, land use law, and financial institutions/collections. Mr. Leeman is a member of the Utah State Bar, the J. Ruben Clark Law Society, the Salt Lake County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the state of Utah, the U.S. District Court (District of Utah) and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Leeman earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Maurer School of Law, Indiana University.
TRENT LOWE is an attorney at Clyde Snow Attorneys at Law. Mr. Lowe focuses his practice on civil and business litigation, primarily focusing on employment issues and compliance. Prior to joining Clyde Snow Attorneys at Law, Mr. Lowe helped form the Policy Innovation Lab (now a part of the Sorenson Impact Center) at the University of Utah’s David S. Eccles School of Business with help from a $1.15 million grant from the White House Office of Social Innovation. Mr. Lowe is a proud alumnus of Teach for America, where he taught 8th grade English language arts in Memphis, Tennessee. He is admitted in Utah. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Utah, and his Master of Education from CBU, and his J.D. degree from S.J. Quinney College of Law, University of Utah.
