TRISTAN R. ARMER is an attorney with Heidelberg, Steinberger, P.A., in Pascagoula, where his primary practice is representing employers in workers' compensation claims, longshore and harbor workers' claims, and general liability claims. With a background in finance, he also handles bankruptcy, commercial, financial, real property, security interest, and lending issues. Mr. Armer is experienced in all areas of litigation in both state and federal courts, including numerous jury trials, regulatory hearings, criminal matters and adversarial proceedings in bankruptcy courts. He is a past-president of the Jackson County Bar Association and was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers® Mid-South Edition in the workers’ compensation practice area. Mr. Armer earned his B.B.A. degree from James Madison University and his J.D. degree from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University.

He previously served as a law clerk to Honorable Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge John M. Roper for the Southern District of Mississippi. Mr. Burrow is a member of The Mississippi Bar, the Jackson County Bar Association, the Harrison County Bar Association, the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, and the Russell-Blass-Walker Chapter of American Inns of Court. Mr. England earned his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law. While in law school, he served on the Moot Court Board and the Law School Student Government Association. Mr. England was named the Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year for the State of Mississippi for 2014-2015, and he has been named a Mid-South Rising Star by Super Lawyer Magazine each year from 2012 - 2016.
CHRIS E. WIGGINS, M.D., enjoyed a 40-year career as a board-certified orthopedic surgeon on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He has extensive experience in the many aspects of civil testimony, workers' compensation and medicolegal practice. Dr. Wiggins has authored a treatise, Orthopedic and Musculoskeletal Impairment Ratings: A Concise Guide which is published by Lippincott, a mainstream medical and scientific publisher. The manual simplifies the complex task of assigning value to musculoskeletal injuries. He is now engaged in Premier Healthcare Consulting, his full-time medicolegal practice that provides independent medical examinations. Additionally, Dr. Wiggins is a rehabilitation director for several Mississippi Coast skilled nursing facilities. He graduated first in his medical school class. He has an emeritus position with the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Wiggins has authored eleven medical papers and over 14 articles for the lay press.
