LISA M. CAMPO is a senior associate attorney at Hale Ball PLC. She has been with the firm since 2007 as a legal assistant before attending law school and as a law clerk during law school. After passing the Virginia bar, Ms. Campo continued with the firm as an associate attorney. She graduated from University of Baltimore School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Campo concentrates her practice in the areas of trust and estate litigation, fiduciary litigation, contested guardianships and conservatorships, business litigation, civil litigation, and probate. She has appeared numerous times before many circuit courts throughout Virginia, and has participated in appeals before the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the Supreme Court of Virginia. Ms. Campo is a member of the Virginia Bar Association and the Fairfax Bar Association.
ADAM E. CARR serves as managing partner of Carr Law Office, LLC, where he represents large and small companies, insurers, and people who require a legal defense against injury, property damage, and other claims from auto, bus, truck, premises, and other accidents; contracts and business disputes; premises liability; products liability; real estate and construction litigation; and other issues requiring the intervention of an experienced trial lawyer. Mr. Carr has been board certified in civil trial law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators; the CLM; the DRI; the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys; and the Ohio State, Akron, and Lake County bar associations. Mr. Carr earned his B.A. degree from Rice University and his J.D. degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He and his firm practice throughout Ohio at all levels of court.
HOWARD L. LOTVEN is a sole practitioner with the law office of Howard L. Lotven P.C. Mr. Lotven primarily represents clients in criminal/municipal courts and traffic courts. He has been either a prosecutor or a defense attorney in more than 10,000 cases. Mr. Lotven also represents clients in family law matters, including divorce, paternity, modification of child support, custody and visitation. His professional associations and memberships include the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (Municipal Court Committee; Family Law Committee; Criminal Law Section; Volunteer Attorney Project), The Missouri Bar (Criminal Law Committee; General Practice Committee), the Municipal Court Prosecutors Association of Western Missouri, the Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judges Association, and the Association of Women Lawyers. Mr. Lotven is admitted to practice in Missouri and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the U.S. Federal Court. He presently serves as a lecturer for the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association on practicing in municipal and traffic courts. Mr. Lotven earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Drake University and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
JENNA LYONS is an attorney with Sullivan Wagner & Lyons PLLC. Ms. Lyons practices in the areas of criminal law, family law, real estate, and civil litigation. She is a member of the State Bar of Montana, Montana Trial Lawyers Association, and Montana Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is licensed to practice law in all Montana courts, Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribal Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Lyons earned her B.A. degree from the University of Montana and her J.D. degree from the University of Montana School of Law. She is an avid outdoorswoman, trail runner, and advanced paraglider pilot.
ESCUM L. MOORE III is a partner with Moore & Moore, PLLC, where his plaintiff's practice is focused on medical negligence and personal injury. He is a member of the Kentucky, Fayette County, and American bar associations; the Kentucky Justice Association; and the American Justice Association. Mr. Moore is admitted to practice in Kentucky; and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky; the U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree from Centre College of Kentucky and his J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Moore is a director of Lawyer's Mutual Insurance Company of Kentucky and chairman of the Marketing Committee.
