Negotiate and Draft Solid Contracts that Reduce Disputes
Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts is a core ability for every business attorney, but no matter your skill, there always seems to be a contract dispute lurking around the corner. Clients don't always realize the importance of having an attorney draft a deal-specific contract, and instead they opt to use a standard form with ambiguous language that can lead to a host of potential problems. In this course, you'll learn from our experienced faculty how to quickly gather the vital information needed to draft, negotiate and review a strong, deal-specific contract while working within your client's timeframe and budget.
