DR. LINDA L. CLARK is president/owner of Clark Occupational Medicine Services. She also works per diem as the medical director of General Motors - Rochester Components. Dr. Clark focuses her practice on various aspect of preventive medicine, such as worker's health, including injury management and care, drug and alcohol testing, consultation with employers, physicals, and fitness for duty evaluations. She also treats those with substance abuse disorders, including narcotic (opiate) addiction. Dr. Clark taught an occupational medicine symposium at SUNY - Buffalo as a research assistant professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Environmental Health. She also sat on the Residency Advisory Committee in Preventive Medicine at the University of Rochester for several years, and hosts residents in preventive medicine, as well as encourages shadowing opportunities for high school students, college students, medical students, and residents. Dr. Clark has held many positions in her affiliate chapter of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM), including past presidencies, over the past 18 years. She serves on the Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) Worker's Compensation and No-Fault Committee. Dr. Clark earned her B.S. degree from Brown University and her M.D. degree from the University of Virginia. She spent two years in surgical training, and ultimately pursued postgraduate education at SUNY Buffalo in preventive medicine and public health. During her training, she obtained her M.S. degree in epidemiology from SUNY Buffalo.
DR. GERALD A. CONIGLIO is a board certified orthopaedic surgery/emergency medicine doctor. He is also the sole practitioner with Gerald A. Coniglio Disability & Workers' Compensation Evaluations. Dr. Coniglio earned his M.D. degree from State University of Buffalo. He is licensed to practice medicine in New York, Arizona, California, and Michigan. He focuses his specialty on orthopedic surgery, emergency medicine, IMEs, record reviews, utilization reviews, holistic & integrative methodology, and non-surgical orthopaedic therapy. Dr. Coniglio earned his J.D. degree from Michigan State University College of Law.
JOHN P. FEROLETO is the principal at Feroleto Law, where he has practiced for more than 25 years. He has presented for national, state, provincial, and local associations, including the American Association for Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and various local and regional professional groups. Mr. Feroleto has served as the chair of the National Interstate Trucking Litigation Group of the American Association of Justice and represents individuals injured by defective products, and those injured at construction sites or the workplace, and trucking and transportation collisions. He earned his B.S. degree from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.
DEBORAH R. GAUNY is a certified legal nurse consultant with Gibson, McAskill & Crosby, LLP, where she assists attorneys with review and preparation of their defense medical malpractice cases. Ms. Gauny also has experience with plaintiff work, assisting with personal injury and medical malpractice cases. She has more than 17 years of medical-surgical experience in a variety of health care settings, including six years in behavioral health, which includes SPMI (seriously persistently mentally ill) clients and substance abuse. Ms. Gauny earned her associates degree in nursing and mental health, and earned her certification as a legal nurse consultant from the Vicki Milazzo Institute.
TIMOTHY G. O'CONNELL is a senior trial lawyer with Gelber & O'Connell, LLC, where he has spent 35 years in Western New York advocating on behalf of injured victims and achieving million and multi-million settlements and verdicts. He is past president and a member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association for the Western Region, an organization devoted exclusively to preserving the rights of injured persons. Mr. O'Connell also is a member of the American Association for Justice, Academy of Catastrophic Injury Attorneys, Althea Institute - National Trial Attorney Organization, New York State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Erie County. He earned his B.A. degree from Canisus College and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
