ABBEY L. FARNSWORTH is an attorney in the Richmond, Virginia office of McGuireWoods LLP. She focuses her practice on international income and transfer tax planning for non-U.S. individuals, families and trusts; as well as on domestic estate planning, estate administration, and estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning for high net-worth individuals. Ms. Farnsworth has experience assisting in the design and implementation of structures that address multijurisdictional tax challenges, information reporting (including FATCA and CRS), and other issues confronted by both U.S. and non-U.S. clients.
