SARAH J. BARNES is an attorney and trust officer with the Bank of Sun Prairie in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, where she handles all types of trust and estate administration matters. Ms. Barnes also deals with tax related matters. She previously was in private practice where she practiced in the areas of estate planning, probate, and elder law, and frequently served as a court appointed guardian ad litem in guardianship matters. Ms. Barnes earned her B.A. degree from Edgewood College and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. Her professional memberships includes the State Bar of Wisconsin, Dane and Sauk County bar associations, Legal Association of Women, and the Madison Estate Planning Council. Ms. Barnes is admitted to practice in Wisconsin.
JENNIFER R. HEINZ is an attorney in Eau Claire, Wisconsin with more than 20 years of legal experience. Her practice centers around helping individuals and families with their estate planning, trust administration, probate, and real estate needs. She is an active educator and speaker who enjoys sharing the importance of good estate planning. Ms. Heinz works with clients from all walks of life, regularly providing advice to clients with complex estate planning needs and assisting clients with simple wills and powers of attorney. Prior to founding Jennifer Heinz Law, LLC, she served as an assistant district attorney for Eau Claire County and as faculty at Chippewa Valley Technical College teaching legal and government courses. She is vice-president of the Chippewa Falls Area School Board, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Heyde Center for the Arts and the Advisory Board for the CVTC Paralegal Program. T. JAMES LEE is a shareholder and director in the Phoenix office of Fennemore Craig, P.C., and chairs the firm’s private wealth preservation (trusts and estates) practice group. He is certified as a trust and estate specialist by the State Bar of Arizona; and practices in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, charitable giving, business design and structuring, international taxation, and commercial transactions. Mr. Lee serves on Arizona’s Estate and Trust Advisory Commission; is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Utah State Bar, and the ABA's Committee on Estate and Gift Taxes (Taxation Section); and is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). He earned his B.A. degree in business management from Brigham Young University with distinction as the top business school graduate in the area of entrepreneurship. He graduated, with honors, from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU.
