Christopher L. Cauble is a partner in the firm of Cauble & Whittington, LLP in Grants Pass, practicing in the area of probate and trust litigation, including litigating claims; money that has been stolen by PR's or fiduciaries; defending or prosecuting will contests; and elder abuse litigation. He also deals with all estate and probate related tax issues. Mr. Cauble is admitted to practice in Oregon and before the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court District of Oregon, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. degree from Willamette University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law.
