ROBERT E. BOLLENGIER is a sole practitioner with Robert E. Bollengier, Attorney/CPA, in Warwick, Rhode Island. TERRENCE K. RICE is a CPA in Milwaukee, where he practices in the areas of tax planning, estate planning, and small business and non profit consulting. In addition, he is a member of the Milwaukee Estate Planning Forum and the American Association of Daily Money Managers. Mr. Rice has lectured on tax and estate planning issues for small businesses, health care organizations, non profits and churches. He earned his B.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
ERIK V. SCULLY, Esq., CPA, is a shareholder in the law firm of Scully & Scully, PC, with offices in Pittsburgh and Wexford, Pennsylvania. His practice is concentrated in the areas of taxation, estate planning, estate administration, probate law and representing clients in various business matters. Mr. Scully's practice has a particular emphasis in representing clients during tax controversies and tax litigation at the federal, state and local levels. He earned his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University.
