PETER C. GRENIER is a principal with the Washington, D.C. based law firm of Grenier Law Group PLLC, where he focuses his practice primarily in the areas of serious personal injury, wrongful death, medical negligence and police misconduct. He has handled cases in more than 25 states in the course of his 31-year career. Mr. Grenier has been recognized among the top personal injury lawyers both in the Metropolitan D.C. area and nationally and has handled such notable cases as the Columbine High School shootings, the Virginia Tech massacre, Washington, D.C. Naval yard shootings, and the Amtrak Train 188 crash cases. He is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA), the D.C. Trial Lawyers Association, the Maryland Association for Justice (formerly MTLA), the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Grenier is a member of the state and federal bars of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia; as well as the federal courts of Colorado, the Western District of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Virgin Islands; and the federal appellate courts for the Third, Fourth, Tenth, and District of Columbia circuits. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
BRIANT MILDENHALL is an attorney at Fried Rogers Goldberg LLC, who represents individuals and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases against corporations and insurance companies. Prior to joining Fried Rogers Goldberg LLC, he was a partner at a firm specializing in plaintiff personal injury cases. He worked at his prior firm ten years and gained experience trying and litigating trucking cases, motor vehicle collision cases, and premises liability cases. Before that, Mr. Mildenhall worked for several years at a firm handling defense of trucking and premises liability cases. He has first-hand knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate claims and uses this insider knowledge to help his injured clients. Mr. Mildenhall earned his undergraduate degree in Russian and Foreign Literature from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. Mr. Mildenhall is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Atlanta Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
