RYAN P. CAMPBELL is an attorney at Howard Rothenberg & Associates. Mr. Campbell has extensive experience litigating all types of civil matters including personal injury, product liability, premises liability, family law, custody, and divorce. He also has a thorough understanding of real estate transactions, wills, trusts and estates. Mr. Campbell is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts and the United States District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, at Muhlenberg College and his J.D. degree at Syracuse University College of Law.
CHARLES L. CONSAGRA is of counsel with the Law Offices of Mascelli & Paterson, where he concentrates in the field of administrative law, with primary specialty in the areas of workers' compensation, Social Security, and unemployment compensation. Since 1978, Mr. Consagra has been a part-time faculty member at Keystone College as an instructor in the areas of education, behavioral sciences, criminal justice, and business law. He is an instructor in business for graduate students through Marywood University. Mr. Consagra earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Scranton; and his Master of Arts in counseling psychology and his Master of Science in ed from Marywood University. Mr. Consagra also holds an M.Div. and Ph.D. (all but dissertations).
JULE A. GAIGE is an attorney at The Center for Resolve, The Infallible Way. Ms. Gaige practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, estate administration and business planning. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Ms. Gaige earned her B.S. degree at the University of Scranton and her J.D. degree at Dickinson School of Law. She previously was a member of the faculty of the School of Management of the University of Scranton and Lackawanna College. She has lectured on behalf of various non-profit organizations as well as being a seminar leader for the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
