Teresa Boyle-Vellucci is a partner at KSBranigan Law P.C. She has represented both employers (from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies) and employees of all levels, which has provided her with a deep understanding of the concerns and goals of her clients. Her background also serves her well in her role as a neutral as she has had an active mediation practice. An important part of her practice is also helping employers get and stay on the right track. Ms. Boyle-Vellucci will meet with employers to review their policies and objectives to assist them in their efforts to ensure compliance with our ever-changing employment laws. Her matters have involved areas such as sexual harassment, discrimination (including age, disability, pregnancy, gender, race, national origin and sexual orientation), retaliation, termination, whistleblowing, reasonable accommodation, employment contracts and handbooks, non-compete agreements, and family and medical leaves. Ms. Boyle-Vellucci received her B.A degree from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, and her J.D degree from Columbus School of Law, Catholic University. Ms. Boyle-Vellucci also serves on the American Arbitration Association Arbitrator (Employment Panel) and Mediator rosters.

Kiemonn Jones is a shareholder with Riggs, Abney, Neal, Turpen, Orbison & Lewis, P.C. Her Tulsa-based practice includes civil litigation, employment and labor law, legal membership plans and transportation law. Ms. Jones is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association and Texas Bar Association. She serves as an associate municipal judge for the City of Tulsa and an adjunct professor for Tulsa Community College. Ms. Jones earned her B.A. degree from Northeastern State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
