Adele L. Abrams is an attorney and safety professional, who is president of the Law Office of Adele L. Abrams, P.C., with offices in Maryland, Colorado, and West Virginia. She handles employment matters in multiple states and represents employers in OSHA and MSHA litigation nationwide. Ms. Abrams also provides consultation, audits, and training services to regulated companies. She is an adjunct faculty member at the Catholic University of America and the University of Colorado - Boulder, where she instructs on employment and labor law. Andrea E. Murphy is associate staff counsel for the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), where she supports UMMS and all of its member organizations. Her practice focuses on labor and employment matters, such as responding to charges of employment discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour law compliance, leave laws, workplace safety, employee handbook policies, labor relations, reductions in force, severances and other employment agreements, workplace trainings, and workplace investigations. Clayton H.
