RAYANNA A. BINDER is a private contractor with the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA), where she serves as the director for the Blight Elimination Program. Prior to working for IHCDA, she practiced primarily in the areas of real estate and title insurance litigation. Ms. Binder is admitted to practice before Indiana state courts and the federal district courts for the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana. She earned her B.A. degree from Purdue University and her J.D. degree from Robert H. McKinney School of Law-Indianapolis, where she was named to the Order of the Barristers.
CRAIG D. DOYLE is the president of the Indianapolis law firm of Doyle & Foutty, P.C., where he practices in commercial civil litigation, particularly involving real estate matters. Mr. Doyle represents numerous title insurance companies, banks and mortgage companies, real estate developers, and other business entities. He has written numerous publications involving real estate matters, title insurance issues, foreclosure actions, and real estate development. Mr. Doyle has been a member of the Indiana Real Estate Commission. He also has been a member of the USFN, MBA, GIMBA, ILTA, and ALTA. Mr. Doyle earned his B.A. degree and J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law.
KASSANDRA GREEN is associate counsel at ATA National Title Group. Her job is to make commercial closings smooth. Ms. Green is experienced in all aspects of resolving title issues and asking questions regarding residential and commercial sales. Previously, she was in private practice and assisting clients with real estate investment, selling, purchasing, and leasing. Ms. Green also regularly drafted mortgages, promissory notes, deeds, for sale by owner contacts, releases, easements, and leases. She earned her undergraduate degree from Ball State University and her J.D. degree from New England Law in Boston. Ms. Green is admitted to practice in Indiana.
JUSTIN LEVERTON is an attorney with Kroger, Garis & Regas, LLP, where he represents clients in a wide range of complex business transactions, real estate, corporate finance, and litigation. Mr. Leverton has an extensive background (both transactionally and as a litigator) in commercial and residential real estate, corporate/business law, leasing, commercial lending, oil & gas rights, and environmental law; and uses this background to assist his current practice. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and Indianapolis Bar Association. Mr. Leverton is admitted to practice in Indiana, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the U.S. District Court Northern District of Indiana. He earned his B.A. degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law.
MARY A. SLADE is the Indiana state counsel for First American Title Insurance Company, providing underwriting analysis and support for commercial and residential transactions. She has seven years of experience in private practice in creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation, and transactions. Ms. Slade has also served as a regional counsel in claims and underwriting for three national title insurance carriers in 16 states and the District of Columbia; as well as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Marion County, Indiana. She was a co-founder and the executive production editor for the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review. Ms. Slade has served three years as the education chair for the Indiana Land Title Association. Her programs on title insurance and real estate have been accredited for title insurance license or attorney license credit in Indiana, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. She is the co-editor of the Indiana State Bar Association Probate, Property, and Real Estate newsletter. Ms. Slade is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and currently serves as the 2017 chair elect for the Probate Property and Real Estate Section. She earned her undergraduate degree from Butler University and her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law.
