Mr. Blinkoff has lectured at various real estate seminars on behalf of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and many independent companies. He has given expert opinions on title issues in several cases in New York. Mr. Blinkoff's article "Variations Between Distances of Record From Those Measured Can Be the Shortest Distance to the Court House" was a feature article in The Title Examiner. He is a policy issuing examiner for the Chicago Title Insurance Company. Mr. Blinkoff earned his B.A. degree from Hamilton College and his J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.
