PAIGE M. BELLINO is an associate attorney with Chiumento McNally, LLC, where she practices in the areas of title claim litigation, professional liability, commercial litigation, real estate, creditors' rights. Ms. Bellino earned her B.A. degree from the University at Albany, SUNY and her J.D. degree from Western New England University School of Law. While at Western New England, she served as the assistant managing editor of the Western New England Law Review and was named to the Dean’s List. Ms. Bellino is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state courts, in addition to the U.S. District Courts for New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
HARPER J. DIMMERMAN is an attorney and solo practitioner at Dimmerman PC, who concentrates on Philadelphia litigation and real estate matters. Mr. Dimmerman is also an adjunct professor at Temple University’s Fox School of Business (undergraduate), a contributor to The Legal Intelligencer and a published novelist.
JANET L. GOLD is a partner and managing shareholder with the Cherry Hill office of Eisenberg, Gold & Agrawal, P.C. Ms. Gold represents banks, lenders and mortgage servicers in foreclosure, commercial litigation and transactional matters. She has significant experience in representing institutional and private lenders in loan documentation, including real estate, inventory, accounts receivable, construction and other types of loans. Ms. Gold is a member of the Supreme courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and also is admitted to the District Court of New Jersey, Eastern and Middle districts of Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit of New Jersey. She is a member the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Bankers Association, South Jersey Bankers Association and Risk Management Association. Ms. Gold earned her undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and her J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law.
JUAN C. PEREZ is an attorney with Chiumento McNally, LLC and has over 20 years of experience in the areas of professional liability, construction litigation, business/corporate litigation, creditors' rights litigation, insurance defense litigation, real estate, and title insurance. In addition to his extensive litigation experience Mr. Perez has also served as general counsel for a large regional title insurance agency. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Perez is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New Jersey Hispanic Bar Association. He currently sits on the Board of Trustees for the Brookfield Academy in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Mr. Perez received his B.S. degree from the University of South Florida and his J.D. degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.
