He received his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law. Mr. Dalley is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
GARRETT WILLIAMS is an attorney with Stevens Clay PS, and a member of the Washington State Bar Association. He represents school districts on a broad range of legal issues and presents regularly on various school law topics. Mr. Williams graduated summa cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington.
