BRAD L.F. HOESCHEN is the Wisconsin state manager and underwriting counsel for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. In his capacity as assistant vice president, he assists Old Republic agents with underwriting decisions and works to strengthen Old Republic's agency network in Wisconsin. Prior to joining Old Republic, Mr. Hoeschen worked in a private practice for litigation defending title insurance companies and agents. He also worked in transactional practice, assisting individuals and corporations in acquiring real property. Mr. Hoeschen currently serves on the Milwaukee Administrative Review Appeals Board, hearing appeals of various violations of municipal ordinances. He was appointed to the position by the mayor of Milwaukee. He previously served on the City of Milwaukee Historic Preservation Commission. Mr. Hoeschen also chaired the Woodlands School Board of Directors, Select Milwaukee Board of Directors and Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish Council. He is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and Loyola University-New Orleans. He has served as adjunct faculty at Marquette University Law School. Prior to law school, Mr. Hoeschen was a print and broadcast journalist in Milwaukee and New Orleans.
ORLANDO LUCERO is the vice-president and New Mexico underwriting counsel for Fidelity National Title Group. Before that he was New Mexico and Oklahoma underwriting counsel for Stewart Title Guaranty Company. Previously, Mr. Lucero worked as a commercial escrow officer at Stewart Title of Albuquerque and as associate state underwriting counsel and senior escrow officer at First American Title Insurance Company. Before going into the title insurance business in 2003, he was in private practice primarily focusing on all aspects of real estate transactions, including sales and purchases, finance, leasing, 1031 exchanges, and land use. Mr. Lucero received his undergraduate degree with honors and with distinction (Phi Beta Kappa) from Stanford University and his law degree from Stanford Law School. He is a frequent national and local lecturer and author on numerous topics related to real estate transactions and title insurance. Mr. Lucero has been an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Business, where he has taught a commercial real estate course. He is a co-creator of the ABA's "Llaves de mi Casa" (Keys to my House) video that provides information to first time homebuyers in Spanish and English. Mr. Lucero serves on the American Bar Association Board of Governors; and has served as the vice-chair and secretary of the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law; and the chair of the American Bar Association Council for Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Educational Pipeline. Mr. Lucero is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and has been a fellow of the New Mexico Bar Foundation. Mr. Lucero has been listed in Bristol's Who's Who, Who's Who Among American Lawyers, and Who's Who Among Outstanding Americans. His current and past community activities include: secretary and board member, New Mexico Land Title Association; president, New Mexico Chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties; and 1997 NAIOP Chapter Member of the Year; and co-founder, New Mexicans for Smart Growth.
DUANE H. WUNSCH is vice president and Wisconsin state counsel for Fidelity National Title Group. He has more than 30 years of experience, including searching and examining titles, closing transactions, and handling title insurance claims. Mr. Wunsch is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Wisconsin Land Title Association, and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He earned his B.A degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.
