FRITZ NISWANGER is the managing attorney of Niswanger Law LLC, in Monroe, Louisiana. Mr. Niswanger focuses his practice in the following areas: federal income and transfer tax planning, business entity formations and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, trust and estate planning, and asset protection. He is certified as a tax law specialist by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Niswanger earned his B.A. degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, and his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Tulane University in New Orleans.
