ALEXANDRA G. AH LOY is general counsel for Turn Key Health Clinics, LLC, where she focuses her practice in corporate law, civil rights and medical malpractice defense, health care law, and employment law. Prior to her in-house position, Ms. Ah Loy was a partner at the law firm of Johnson, Hanan, Vosler, Hawthorne & Snider in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, practicing in the areas of medical malpractice, civil rights, personal injury, insurance defense law, health care law, and subrogation law. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology, with minors in French and public administration, from the University of Central Oklahoma and graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. At OCU Law, Ms. Ah Loy earned the CALI award for Antitrust I and for Business Planning, an honor reserved for the top student in a course, and was a member of Phi Delta Phi, OCU Law’s legal honors fraternity. Ms. Ah Loy is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, Federal Bar Association, and the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Inn of Court. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. Federal District courts for the Western District, Northern District and Eastern District of Oklahoma, and in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
DAVID KEESLING is a national partner with the global law firm Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig. The primary focus of his practice is litigation and jury trials. Mr. Keesling is widely recognized for his successful track record in the areas of business law (U.S. and international), contract law (U.S. and international), criminal defense law (state/federal with a focus on white collar crime), data security and breach response (U.S. and international), employment law, family law (focused on high-asset estates and international custody disputes), and patent/trademark/copyright law. He practices in all state and federal courts in Oklahoma, and he regularly handles legal matters throughout the United States and internationally. Mr. Keesling represents a cross-section of clients, including individuals, professionals, small and large businesses, entrepreneurs, employers/employees, shareholders, investors, non-profit organizations, and middle market and nationally recognized companies. He earned his B.S. degree from Missouri State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
