JAMES J. GASCON is a partner with the firm of Costello, Cooney & Fearon, PLLC, and he is the chair of the firm's litigation department. He represents defendants in a variety of civil litigation matters, having worked with and been retained by various insurance carriers. Mr. Gascon's practice also includes extensive experience litigating insurance coverage disputes and providing insurance coverage advice to both insureds and insurance carriers. He has handled a variety of defense matters for major insurance carriers and corporate clients. Mr. Gascon is a member the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association (Insurance Defense Committee), the Association of Trial Lawyers, and the Onondaga County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Cortland; and his J.D. degree from Union University, Albany Law School.
BRANDON R. KING is a partner in the Syracuse, New York law firm of Smith Sovik Kendrick & Sugnet, P.C., where his practice focuses on the defense of personal injury claims, premises liability claims, construction litigation, and the defense of medical professionals, including hospitals and nursing homes. He also has experience handling landlord/tenant and criminal defense matters. BENJAMIN C. RABIN is the principle attorney for The Rabin Law Firm, LLC. He has more than 20 years of personal injury experience. Mr. Rabin has defended and prosecuted in civil court for both individuals and corporations. He earned his undergraduate degree from Hobart College and his J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Rabin is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and serves on the Board of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is a regular lecturer, teaching other lawyers on many personal injury and trial topics.
JAMES T. SNYDER is the managing shareholder of James T. Snyder Law, PLLC, in Syracuse, New York, where he concentrates in the areas of personal injury and consumer rights litigation, trial and appellate practice, mass torts, and class actions. He has been a speechwriter, senior staff member, and an assistant counsel to Governor Mario M. Cuomo of the State of New York and a senior trial attorney with the Legal Aid Society of the City of New York, in the Criminal Defense Division. Mr. Snyder is currently a professor of practice in the Political Science Department at Le Moyne College, and is the pre-law advisor there. For 20 years, he was an adjunct professor in the legal studies program at Syracuse University, teaching litigation and civil practice, tort law, and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Snyder is a board member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He earned his A.B. degree, magna cum laude, from Colgate University and his J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University.

EARL K. CANTWELL is a member of the Buffalo law firm of Hurwitz & Fine, P.C., where he is an accomplished civil litigation attorney with 30 years of experience in state and federal courts. Mr. Cantwell focuses his practice in commercial litigation, including business contract matters, business disputes, real estate claims, securities litigation, business and partnership dissolution, as well as construction litigation. He is a member of the Erie County and the New York State bar associations. Mr. Cantwell earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Canisius College; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan.
JENNIFER L. RODGERS is an attorney with Augello & Matteliano, LLP. She focuses her practice on insurance related claims, such as labor law defense, products liability, premises liability, automobile, and personal injury claims. Ms. Rodgers is admitted to the United States District Court, WDNY, and is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and New York State Bar Association. She earned her bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia, followed by earning her J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University College of Law.

DAVID RUSIN is a trial attorney and attorney manager with William Mattar, P.C., where he concentrates his practice on the prosecution of personal injury claims on behalf of severely injured persons. He has extensive civil trial experience in the areas of personal injury, automobile liability and premises liability. Mr. Rusin is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of New York; the U.S. District Court for the Western and Northern districts of New York; the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York and the District of Arizona; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a frequent lecturer on a wide variety of topics, including issues related to personal injury and automobile liability litigation, no-fault issues, lien issues, insurance coverage, ethics and social media.
