WILLIAM H. BAAKI is a partner in the Albany office of Goldberg Segalla LLP, an AmLaw200 firm with more than 370 lawyers in ten U.S. states. Mr. Baaki is a member of the firm's construction, retail and hospitality, sports and entertainment, corporate services and commercial litigation, and general liability practice groups. His wide range of experience includes representing small and large businesses, individuals, municipalities, and property owners in matters involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, construction disputes, the False Claims Act, premises liability, product liability, property damage claims, real property title litigation, toxic torts, and worksite accidents. Mr. Baaki received his B.A. degree from Colgate University and his J.D. degree from Ave Maria School of Law.
JENNIFER L. DOMINELLI is the managing partner with Smith Dominelli & Guetti LLC, in Albany, New York. She concentrates her practice in the areas of personal injury litigation, with an emphasis on toxic tort matters, matrimonial and family law, and real estate. Ms. Dominelli also serves as general counsel to several business people and entities. She is a member of the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law and Family Law sections of the New York State Bar Association. Ms. Dominelli is a magna cum laude graduate of Union College in Schenectady, New York, and earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Albany Law School of Union University.
LEE C. KINDLON is the founding partner of The Kindlon Law Firm, PLLC, a criminal defense and civil litigation firm based in Albany, New York. While he has represented clients in some of the area's most high-profile criminal cases, Mr. Kindlon's courtroom experience has benefited clients across the legal spectrum. His experience in civil litigation includes matters based on contract, fraud, civil rights violations, and negligence. Mr. Kindlon has successfully resolved a number of high-value personal injury and wrongful death cases. His practice also includes the representation of corporations and professionals in white-collar criminal cases. From preventative advice for companies to successful resolution for those charged with financial crimes, fraud or larceny, Mr. Kindlon has the knowledge and experience to provide excellent legal representation. He attended Williams College and graduated with a degree in history and then earned his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. After receiving his commission in the Marine Corps during law school, he returned to active duty in January 2003, and was stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. During his three and a half years on active duty with the Marines, Mr. Kindlon worked as a judge advocate, first in legal assistance, and then as the prosecutor for the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. In 2005, he deployed to Fallujah and was the Battalion Judge Advocate for 2d Battalion, 6th Marines until April 2006. He was admitted to practice in New York State in December 2002 and the District of Columbia in January 2008. Mr. Kindlon is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Western districts of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and he is certified to practice in all military courts.
WILLIAM E. REYNOLDS is a member with the law firm of Nixon Peabody LLP. Mr. Reynolds has tried cases in both the state and federal courts of the Capital region. He has represented some of the region's largest corporations and other entities in complex commercial and antitrust cases. Mr. Reynolds has participated in several continuing legal education lectures and contributed to CLE publications, including a recent one on trial and appellate courts of Massachusetts, and was a Massachusetts assistant attorney general for four years handling civil litigation. Mr. Reynolds earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Cornell Law School.
