KATE M. JOHN C. DRAPP III is a partner with the firm Drapp & Jaumann, LLC, where a substantial portion of his practice has been civil and criminal litigation. He has represented hundreds of individuals charged with crimes ranging from disorderly conduct to murder and has tried numerous criminal cases to verdict. Mr. Drapp has also litigated many types of civil cases, including auto accidents, property disputes, employment matters and contract claims. He also maintains a family litigation practice and regularly represents clients in divorce and child custody matters. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Drapp assists clients with their estate planning needs and practices in all aspects of real estate law, including residential and commercial closings and real estate litigation. He is a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut and for many years taught Real Estate Principles and Practices, which is the 60-hour course that one must complete in order to obtain a real estate license. Mr. Drapp graduated with his B.S. degree from Southern Connecticut State University, and he earned his Master of Health Administration degree and J.D. degree from Quinnipiac University. He is a member of the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Connecticut Bar Association.
STEPHEN B. KEOGH is a partner in the Norwalk law firm of Keogh, Burkhart & Vetter, practicing primarily in elder law and probate law. A magna cum laude graduate of Yale College, Mr. Keogh earned his J.D. degree from Columbia University. He is a member of the Fairfield County, Connecticut and American bar associations; and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Keogh is a member of the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a member of the Executive Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, and a past co-chair of the Elder Law Section of the Fairfield County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Community Bioethics Forum, which is sponsored by the Program for Biomedical Ethics at the Yale School of Medicine, and was the first recipient of the Glenn E. Knierim Pro Bono Award, given by the Connecticut Probate Assembly, in April 2012.
ROBERT J. SANTORO is a partner with the law firm of Knott & Knott, LLC. Mr. Santoro practices in the areas of probate, wills, trusts and estates. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he concentrated in health care law (with Honors). There, Mr. Santoro served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal. Before law school, he received his B.S. degree, in biology, from Boston College and received his Masters of Theological Studies, with a concentration in bioethics, from Boston College. Mr. Santoro is admitted to practice in Connecticut State and Federal Court and is a member of the Connecticut and New Haven County bar associations.
RICHARD H. SAXL is a solo practitioner with offices in Westport, Connecticut. His practice emphasizes all aspects of estate planning and probate, including probate litigation. Mr. Saxl is a member of the Estates and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and his J.D. degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey School of Law-Camden.
