MATTHEW JUSTIN BADDERS is a lawyer serving property owners, business owners, trustees, and executors. A San Antonio native, he earned his law degree from The University of Texas in Austin and bachelor's degree in philosophy from Trinity University. In addition to his professional understanding of real estate, Mr. Badders administers a portfolio for his family consisting of single-family rentals, undeveloped acreage, and coastal vacation properties. He was previously a senior vice president and trust officer at Frost Bank before his passion for business and real estate drew him back to the private practice of law.
MICHELLE L. CASILLAS is currently the staff attorney with Bexar County Probate Court No. 2, having recently joined from private practice where she focused on estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of the Incarnate Word, where she teaches estate planning at the H-E-B School of Business and Administration. Throughout her career, Ms. Casillas has represented and advocated for families and individuals in some of the most financially and emotionally trying times of their lives. She is fluent in Spanish and a member of the Mexican-American Bar Association, San Antonio Young Lawyers Association, and Bexar County Women’s Bar, including their 2019 LEAD Academy Class.
DAVID H. MORRIS is managing partner of Morris & Wise, in San Marcos, Texas where his main areas of practice are probate, guardianship, real estate, business, corporations and general counsel. JESSICA A. NEWILL is an attorney with Gardner Law. She is board certified in estate planning and probate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Newill serves as vice chair of the business section and head of the estate planning and probate practice. Her experience is in representing clients in estate planning, probate, complex trust and estate administrations, guardianship actions, and probate litigation. Ms. Newill is admitted to practice in Texas, Nevada, Colorado (inactive) and Missouri (inactive). She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and J.D. degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.

Since 2007, Ms. Simmons has practiced in the areas of estate planning, probate, business and commercial law.
