C. SHAWN FOX is an attorney with the Louisville law firm of Seiller Waterman LLC. He represents individuals and family owned businesses, assisting them in the areas of estate planning and administration, corporate and business law, civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property, and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Fox frequently lectures to community and professional groups on estate administration and litigation, guardianships, and estate planning. He is a member of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Louisville and Kentucky bar associations. Mr. Fox earned his B.A. degree from Bellarmine College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law.
PAUL C. O'BRYAN is a partner in the Louisville law firm of O’Bryan and O’Bryan. He focuses his practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning, family law, probate law, probate litigation, wills and trusts. He is a certified mediator by Capital University Law School. DANIEL M. OYLER is a partner in the law firm of Parrent & Oyler, in Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Oyler practices in the areas of wills, trusts and estates since his admission. He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education (CLE) seminars for attorneys on these subjects, and in particular on the subject of estate and trust litigation, will contests, and contested probate matters. FRED R. SIMON is an attorney with the Louisville offices of O’Koon Hintermeister, PLLC. He is a member of the Louisville, American, and Kentucky bar associations.
