ALLEN BUCKLEY is an attorney and certified public accountant with Allen Buckley LLC, in Atlanta. Mr. Buckley practices in the areas of employee benefits (including pension and welfare benefits), executive compensation, ERISA and HIPAA, taxation, including IRS and Georgia controversy and collections matters, IRAs, complex returns, planning, and whistleblower matters, estate (and lifetime) planning and general business planning, including (if desired) analysis of impacts of actions on entitlement eligibility, administrative law, litigation with respect to all of the above and minority shareholder/member representation and general business law, including contracts and entity formation and dissolution. He is the author of a host of articles on employee benefits and tax topics. Mr. Buckley earned his B.A. degree from Kent State University, his J.D. degree from University of Georgia and his LLM. degree in taxation from the University of Florida.
DANIELLE HUDSON LAUGHLIN is the founder and managing attorney of Hudson Legal, LLC. Ms. Laughlin began her career in commercial real estate representing large and mid-sized companies in acquisitions and leasing. Her practice is focused principally in business litigation and business planning. She earned her B.A. degree from Georgia State University and her J.D. degree from Georgia State University College of Law. Ms. Laughlin is a member of the Gwinnett County Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia, and she has published several articles and conducted lectures and seminars on a variety of legal topics.
SARAH H. LAMAR is a partner with the Savannah law firm of HunterMaclean where she practices in the area of employment law. Ms. Lamar has experience representing employers in employment litigation in state and federal courts regarding discrimination, harassment, wage-hour, breach of contract, and tort claims. She also conducts in-house training for employers and advises clients on a variety of employment law issues. She earned her B.A. degree from Yale University and her J.D. degree from Emory University. Before private practice, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Richard B. Kellam, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia.
DAVID M. MESSER is a partner with the firm of Briskin Cross & Sanford, LLC. His practice focuses on a full spectrum of business law, with an emphasis on all phases of business dispute resolution, including trials, appeals, mediation and arbitration. Mr. Messer practiced as a business trial lawyer in Oklahoma for six years prior to joining Briskin Cross & Sanford, LLC. In addition to his work in business litigation and negotiation, he has extensive experience in oil and gas litigation, homeowners' association disputes, and election disputes. Mr. Messer has also successfully represented clients in a number of appeals before the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals and the Oklahoma Supreme Court. He is a former adjunct professor at Reinhardt University in Alpharetta, Georgia, where he taught a variety of courses on business law and ethics. Mr. Messer is admitted to practice law in Georgia and Oklahoma, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern districts of Georgia; the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern districts of Oklahoma; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Messer earned his B.S. degree from Free Will Baptist Bible College; his M.C.M. degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary; and his J.D. degree, with highest honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
MARY TRACHIAN-BRADLEY is a senior litigation associate at Briskin, Cross & Sanford, LLC with extensive trial experience. She specializes in litigation relating to all corporate law matters, including but not limited to: FLSA claims, contract disputes, shareholder derivative actions, franchise law, landlord/tenant law, homeowner association law, and all matters relating to partnerships and corporations. Ms. Trachian-Bradley received her J.D. degree from the Florida International University - College of Law, where she acted as vice president of Moot Court and a law review editor. She is a member of DRI - The Voice of the Defense Bar, Armenian Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and The Florida Bar. Ms. Trachian-Bradley is admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida.
