DELIA BOUWERS BIANCHIN is an attorney at OGC Law, LLC. Ms. Bianchin has two decades of high level experience practicing law. For the first half of her career, she focused on complex commercial litigation at two large prominent law firms in Pittsburgh and the second half as in-house counsel for a diversified contract manufacturing company and for a dynamic start-up. In her first ten years of practice, she practiced complex commercial litigation at the both K&L Gates (formerly Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP) and Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott LLC. She then joined Penn United Technologies, Inc. and for 10 years, held the position of general counsel for the diversified, international precision tool and die manufacturing company based in Cabot, Pennsylvania. She received her B.A. degree in English from Calvin College and her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she served as the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law and Commerce and the research editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Ms. Bianchin is actively involved in community affairs and currently serves on the national Christian Legal Society Board and is the founding president of the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Christian Legal Society. She is a member of the Butler County, Allegheny County and Pennsylvania bar associations.
JOSEPH F. BUTCHER is a member in the firm of Zimmer Kunz, PLLC, in Pittsburgh. His practice areas include business and commercial litigation, construction litigation, professional liability, toxic and environmental torts, trucking and transportation, institutional liability, insurance defense and insurance litigation, and employment law. Mr. Butcher earned his B.A. degree in English and history from Westminster College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association (past president of the Western District of Pennsylvania Chapter), the Defense Research Institute, the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Civil Litigation Section member), and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
ERIN C. FARABAUGH is a partner with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP where she is an experienced transactional attorney and focuses on providing legal counsel to privately held businesses at all stages of the business life cycle. Her focused approach to growth and exit planning includes providing business owners with assistance to grow and protect their business while engineering an optimal exit. Ms. Farabaugh earned her B.A. degree from Westminster College and her J.D. degree with a certificate of advanced study in international and comparative law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is a member of Down Syndrome Association of Pittsburgh, Board of Directors; Allegheny County Bar Foundation, fellow; Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Board of Advisors; the Pennsylvania Bar Association; American Bar Association; Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Pittsburgh; and the Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association. Ms. Farabaugh is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
JEFFREY J. MORELLA is the principal partner of the Pennsylvania law firm of Morella & Associates, P.C., where he has a very strong background in taxation, corporate, and estate law. Mr. Morella has extensive experience in the areas of international tax and estate planning methods, including the appropriate utilization of off-shore corporations and trusts so as to provide clients with the necessary asset and estate protection. Specifically, his representation of businesses includes mergers and acquisitions, employment issues and controversies, entity formation, business start-ups and capitalization issues for corporate expansions, as well as business succession planning. Mr. Morella's tax experience is utilized to assist with non-profit organization formation and tax planning strategies for charitable giving by individuals. His practice also encompasses resolving tax controversies involving federal, state and local tax issues and the corresponding governmental authorities. KENNETH D. PERKINS is the sole practitioner of Perkins, LLC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he has three decades of practice as a tax attorney, financial expert, and general counsel with broad experience in all facets of business planning; domestic and international taxation and insurance; estate planning; estate and trust administration; mergers and acquisitions; real estate.
