CHRISTOPHER J. DELLICARPINI is an attorney with Sullivan Papain Block McGrath Coffinas & Cannavo P.C., in Garden City, New York, representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. He has served as a director of the Nassau County Bar Association, and currently chairs the NCBA Publications Committee, which publishes Nassau Lawyer, the NCBA journal. He has also lectured for the Nassau Academy of Law, as well as National Business Institute. Mr. DelliCarpini earned his J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame and Columbia Law School.
ROBERT J. KASIETA is the founder of Kasieta Legal Group, LLC, in Madison, Wisconsin. He is a certified civil pretrial and trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Kasieta practices in civil litigation, with an emphasis on plaintiff personal injury and employment cases, as well as commercial litigation. He has written and taught extensively in the areas of trial practice, personal injury law and insurance law, and is an instructor of trial practice at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Mr. Kasieta is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and all Wisconsin courts. DENNIS F. O'BRIEN is a sole proprietor at the law office of Dennis F. O'Brien, P.A., where his full-time civil litigation practice focuses on serious personal injury, product liability, including drug and medical devices, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, appellate work and general civil litigation. Mr. O'Brien is a member of the Maryland State, Harford County, Baltimore County and Baltimore City bar associations, the American Association for Justice, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Maryland; U.S. Court of Appeals (Fourth Cir.); and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. O’Brien is the co-author and author of a variety of articles and is currently working on a book, Accident Reconstruction for Lawyers, to be nationally published by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA). He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Baltimore School of Law.
OSCAR A. SANCHEZ is a frequent presenter on the topic of professional ethics, and he presently serves on the Professional Ethics Committee of The Florida Bar. He is the immediate past-chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of The Florida Bare and is also a past-chair of the Board of Trustees of the University of Florida Law Center Association. He is a Florida supreme court certified circuit and appellate mediator, a Florida supreme court qualified arbitrator, and is on the roster of American Arbitration Association Mediators. Mr. Sanchez was selected by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in America, 2013-2021. Before founding his statewide mediation firm, OAS Mediation, he was an equity partner in an AMLaw 100 law firm. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
