JANET L. GEMMELL is the founder and board certified family law specialist at Cape Fear Family Law in Wilmington, North Carolina. RICHARD GANTT is an attorney with the Rosen Law Firm, where he has extensive experience in family law. He practiced divorce law at several of the premier matrimonial firms in Chicago, including Berger Schatz and Rosenfeld Hafron Shapiro & Farmer. While Mr. Gantt was with the latter firm, it secured the largest divorce judgment in U.S. history, getting more than $200 million for its client. He earned his B.A. degree from Wake Forest University, his M.B.A. degree from Regent University and his J.D. degree from Tulane Law School.
