KEVIN J. DUNLEVY is a partner in the Minneapolis law firm of Beisel & Dunlevy, P.A., where he practices in real estate and creditors' remedies. He is a real property law specialist, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Dunlevy is experienced in real estate litigation, transactions, foreclosures, evictions, and other creditors' remedies. He is a frequent presenter at seminars for attorneys, title companies, realtors and lenders; and he has written numerous articles and publications for professional and trade groups. Mr. Dunlevy is a member of the Hennepin County, Minnesota State, and American bar associations; as well as the State Bar Association of North Dakota, and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He co-chairs the Legislative Committee of the Real Property Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and is the past chair of the Title Insurance Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association's Torts and Insurance Practice Section. Mr. Dunlevy recently taught real estate law to lawyers and law students in Ukraine, including real estate and mortgage fraud. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, and his J.D. degree from the University of North Dakota.
MICHAEL B. KATZ is currently an equity member and general counsel for US Petroleum Partners, LLC, and its subsidiaries, owner and operator of convenience stores and fuel storage, loading and distribution terminals. His responsibilities include all aspects of convenience store/fuel terminal acquisitions and leasing from site selection, LOI's, purchase sale agreements and asset acquisition, including, but not limited to negotiating, drafting and orchestrating complex, multi property closings. Prior to his current position, Mr. Katz acquired more than 29 years of experience as a private attorney, where his practice focused on negotiation, litigation, arbitration, and trial law. Mr. Katz served as outside legal counsel in commercial real estate landlord/tenant matters to THF Realty; The Kroenke Group; St. Louis Rams; Walpert Properties; St. John's Mercy Hospital; Milor Realty, Property Partnership Management, Holtzman Properties, STLCRE.COM, LLC and several other entities. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Federal Bar of the Eastern District of Missouri. Mr. Katz earned his A.B. degree in economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
CHRISTOPHER R. MYKYTIAK is an attorney with Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP where he counsels clients in the areas of real estate, financing, and general corporate law. He also represents borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured financing transactions. Mr. Mykytiak negotiates and documents loans for commercial, asset-based, and real estate lending institutions. He routinely provides advice to the firm's commercial lending clientele and borrowers. Mr. Mykytiak is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio and the state of Michigan. He has been involved Washtenaw County Bar Association, Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, NAIOP (as a developing leader member), Lorain County Chamber of Commerce, and the Alliance for the Great Lakes, Cleveland Chapter. Mr. Mykytiak received his B.A. degrees, with honors, from Michigan State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
TARA J. ROSE is an attorney in the Cleveland Office of Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP. Ms. Rose assists clients with real estate transaction work, leasing, acquisition and disposition, construction contracts, easements, and real estate and construction litigation, including construction defects, tax appeals, land use and zoning, and breach of purchase/sales agreements. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Akron and her J.D. degree from Florida International University College of Law. Ms. Rose is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
