GREGORY C. KROG JR. is a sole practitioner in Memphis at the Law Office of Gregory C. Krog, Jr. His practice focuses on business, residential and commercial real estate transactions and litigation; employer representation, including workplace/discrimination disputes, trademark protection, employment contracts and personnel policies; civil rights, probate and general civil and commercial litigation; and criminal defense. Mr. Krog served as outside counsel for the county attorney's office in employment litigation from 2002 to 2003. He is an approved title attorney for Stewart Title Guaranty and Mississippi Valley Title, a division of Old Republic Title. Mr. Krog served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Memphis School of Law, where he developed and taught an advanced practical criminal procedure course on criminal procedure rules, sentencing guidelines, procedural statutes and the Constitution. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee, the Tennessee Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern districts of Tennessee. Mr. Krog earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Christian Brothers College, and his J.D. degree from Memphis State University Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
DAVID LONG is managing principal in the Knoxville law firm of Long, Ragsdale & Waters, P.C., where he practices in the areas of real estate development, commercial law, environmental law, banking and corporations. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee, where he was Order of the Coif. Mr. Long is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee (past chairman, Real Estate Section) and American (member, Mortgages and Other Debt Financing Committee, Real Property and Probate Section) bar associations.
ANITA I. LOTZ is a member of the Memphis law firm of Farris Bobango PLC, where her areas of practice include commercial lending, real estate transactions, title law, foreclosures and financial institutions regulatory law. Ms. Lotz has spoken for various business and professional organizations on a variety of foreclosure and commercial lending issues. She is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee and American (member, Business Law Section) bar associations; and the Association of Women Attorneys. Ms. Lotz earned her B.A. degree from Northwestern University and her J.D. degree from Boston University.
