STEVEN LEWIS is the owner of Steven Lewis, PLLC Attorneys and Counselors at Law, where he practices estate planning, special needs trusts, trust administration, probate, guardianships, not for profit entities, and business planning. He has spoken at leadership conferences on not for profits, churches and related liabilities across the country (in 33 states). Mr. Lewis is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and before the U.S. District Court - all districts in Oklahoma and a member of Bar of United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association (Estate Planning and Family Law sections) and the Oklahoma County Bar Association. Mr. Lewis earned his B.A. degree from the University of Oklahoma, his J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma School of Law, and his M.B.A. degree from the University of Oklahoma School of Law.
KELLI M. MASTERS is of counsel with the law firm of Fellers Snider, where her main areas of practice are commercial litigation, nonprofit law, and sports and entertainment law. In addition to defending public and private companies in areas of insurance, banking, and other commercial operations, Ms. Masters represents numerous nonprofit tax-exempt organizations. Having formed dozens of 501(c)(3) organizations, she also advises clients regarding nonprofit governance and maintenance of exempt status, as well as insurance and indemnification issues affecting directors and officers. Ms. Masters has spoken previously for National Business Institute. She was the Gold Medal Letzeiser Award winner (Top Senior Woman) in 1995 and The Journal Record's Woman of the Year finalist in 2006. Her bar admissions include Oklahoma, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Ms. Masters is a member of the American, Oklahoma and Oklahoma County bar associations; Sports Lawyers Association; and the Luther L. Bohanon Chapter of American Inns of Court. She was appointed by the Oklahoma Bar Association to serve on the Professional Responsibility Tribunal for two terms (2012-2017). Ms. Masters served as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma City University College of Law, teaching taxation of nonprofit organizations. She earned her B.A. degree in journalism, with highest distinction, from the University of Oklahoma; studied abroad at Universite d'Auverge, Clermont-Ferrand, France; and received her J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Oklahoma.
STEPHANIE L. THEBAN is an attorney and shareholder with Riggs Abney Neal Turpen Orbison & Lewis PC. Her legal practice focuses on civil litigation and appeals in both state and federal courts. Her civil litigation practice areas include, but are not limited to, the following: civil rights, construction, contracts, business, personal injury, products liability, and torts. She is admitted to all three United States district courts in Oklahoma, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Theban has argued before the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She is a skilled litigator, as well as an accomplished researcher and brief writer, and has handled numerous appeals on a variety of issues ranging from contracts to personal injury to divorce and child custody. Ms. Theban received her B.A. degree from Oklahoma State University, followed by earning her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
