KELLY M. DAVIDZUK is a partner at Stange Law Firm, P.C., managing the west region of the firm in St. Charles, Troy, and Lee's Summit, Missouri, as well as Overland Park and Wichita, Kansas. She focuses her practice on complex domestic litigation, mediation, and collaborative divorce. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the Appalachian School of Law in Virginia, and is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas. Ms. Davidzuk has spoken at many continuing legal education seminars through National Business Institute. She has also received numerous awards from organizations such as Lead Counsel, the National Advocates, National Academy of Family Law Attorneys, and many others. Ms. Davidzuk is also the treasurer of the Missouri Collaborative Institute and founder/chair of a nonprofit organization, Parting Clouds, Inc.
JOHN D. KERSHMAN is a partner at Stange Law Firm, P.C., and manages the firm's Missouri offices located in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, West St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Franklin County, Lincoln County, and Boone County; and Jackson County in Kansas City. He focuses his practice on complex domestic litigation and appeals, including family law mediation and collaborative family law. He is admitted to practice in Missouri and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Federal districts, and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Kershman is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, as well as the St. Louis Collaborative Family Law Association. He is a graduate of Washington University Law School, where he has been an adjunct professor of law since 2007. There, he instructs U.S. Law and Methods for an LL.M. program, and has been a coach of the law school's National Appellate Advocacy Team, capturing three consecutive national championships. Mr. Kershman was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star through Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers magazine from 2010 to 2015. He has been selected in 2015 and 2016 as a member of the Nation's Top One Percent by The National Association of Distinguished Counsel - Nation's Top Attorneys. KIRK C. STANGE is a founding partner of Stange Law Firm, P.C. Stange Law Firm, P.C., is a family law firm with offices in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas. Mr. Stange is licensed in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers magazine selected Mr. Stange to the list of Super Lawyers for family law from 2015 to present. He is an adjunct professor at Emory University School of Law. Mr. Stange is president of the Missouri Collaborative Institute and a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars. He is the author of a chapter in a book through Thomson Reuters (Aspatore Publishing) titled: Strategies for Military Family Law: Leading Lawyers on Navigating Family Law in the Armed Forces (Inside the Minds). He released a full-length book through Thomson Reuters (Aspatore Publishing) in 2014 titled: Prenuptial Agreements Line by Line. In 2015, Mr. Stange authored another chapter in a book through Thomson Reuters (Aspatore Published) titled: Strategies for Illinois Family Law: Leading Lawyers on Leveraging Alternative Dispute Resolution, Negotiating Alimony and Child Support, and Managing Client Expectations (Inside the Minds).
JILLIAN A. WOOD is a partner with the Illinois offices of Stange Law Firm, P.C. She represents clients in Illinois and Missouri in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, guardianship, adoption, paternity, and other domestic relation matters. She is licensed to practice in Illinois and Missouri. Ms. Wood has extensive knowledge in the area of family law. While in law school, she interned with the school’s legal clinic, where she assisted clients with child guardianship and child orders of protection cases. Prior to joining Stange Law Firm, P.C., Ms. Wood worked for a general practice firm, where she handled numerous family law cases, as well as personal injury, administrative law and general litigation cases. She has argued in front of appellate courts in Illinois and Missouri, and is a member of the Family Law Section of the Illinois State Bar Association. Ms. Wood has been instrumental in the growth of Stange Law Firm, P.C.’s Illinois offices. Along with being selected as a 2015 Rising Star, she was lead counsel rated for divorce law in 2014. Ms. Wood earned her B.S. degree in clinical laboratory science from St. Louis University, where she attended the University as a Presidential Scholar. She also earned her J.D. degree and her Master’s in Public Health degree from St. Louis University.
