DAVID J. HORR is a partner in the Miami law firm of Horr, Novak & Skipp, P.A. His experience focuses on admiralty and maritime law, personal injury defense (crew and passenger claims) and marine insurance, as well as products liability and general casualty defense. Mr. Horr tries cases regularly throughout Florida. He has been a frequent speaker on topics relating to his areas of practice. Mr. Horr earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from the University of Miami. He is a member of the American Bar Association (member, Litigation, Torts and Insurance Practice sections), American Board of Trial Advocates, The Florida Bar (Admiralty Law Committee), the Maritime Law Association of the United States, the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, the Defense Research Institute, and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
