AMANDA N. GRIFFITH is a partner with Berman, Berman, Berman, Schneider & Lowary, LLP, in the firm’s Sacramento office. Ms. Griffith has extensive experience in litigation involving the defense of third-party debt collection agencies, creditors and debt buyers. Ms. Griffith also works with agencies in varying capacities and throughout the nation on compliance with the federal and state regulations effecting the collection of debts. She is a member of the California Association of Collectors and ACA, International. Ms. Griffith earned her B.A. degree from University of Redlands and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from California Western School of Law.
RONALD M. METCHO is a partner in the Scranton office of the law firm of Margolis Edelstein. Mr. Metcho's practice focuses on defending clients involved in both the collection of debts and the purchase of debts in matters pertaining to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and various related State Law consumer related claims. He appears regularly in the federal and sate courts of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey for case-related conferences, arbitrations, mediations, arguments, and hearings; and has extensive experience in litigating class action and multidistrict litigation matters. Mr. Metcho received his B.B.A. degree from Wilkes University, his M.B.A. degree from the University of Rhode Island, and his J.D. degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
