RICHARD D. BRINGARDNER is a sole practitioner in Dublin and practices as Bringardner Law, LLC. Mr. Bringardner focuses his practice in the areas of real estate law, estate planning, and business law. He is a certified specialist in estate planning, probate & trusts through the Ohio State Bar Association, and is also a title insurance agent. Mr. Bringardner earned his B.S. degree from Ashland University and his J.D. degree from Capital University. He previously has spoken for various professional groups on his areas of practice. Mr. Bringardner is a member of the Columbus (member, Real Property Law Committee, Probate Committee, Estate and Gift Tax Committee), Ohio State (member, Trust and Probate Section, Real Estate Section) and American bar associations.
ROBERT CHALOUPKA is the sole practitioner with The Law Office of Robert S. Chaloupka in Seven Hills, Ohio. He is a certified specialist in workers' compensation law through the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Gauer is a former assistant attorney general with the Ohio Attorney General's Office. He has been in private practice since 1995, and has had a solo practice since 2001. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Gauer received his B.S. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree from the Capital University Law School.
DEREK L. GRAHAM is a partner at Resch, Root, Philipps & Graham, LLC in Dublin, where his practice focuses on estate planning, special needs estate planning, developmental disabilities law, elder law, guardianship, probate, probate litigation and business (organizational, transactional and succession). Mr. Graham and his wife have a daughter who was born with Down Syndrome and like many of his clients today, they were inundated with information and felt overwhelmed. Nine years later, he now spends the majority of his days helping similarly situated families understand the various resources that exist. He received his B.B.A. degree from University of Kentucky and his J.D. degree from Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. CATHERINE M. MOSELEY is the owner of a local CPA firm. She is a registered tax preparer specializing in small businesses and individuals. Her firm’s services include, but are not limited to, individual and business consulting, accounting system design, as she is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, tax planning and preparation including estates, trusts and non-profit organizations. A native of Ohio, Ms. Moseley is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and was awarded the 2006 Beta Alpha Psi Phillip F Muck Award-Accountancy Alumnus in Industry. In addition, she is a second year award winner for the Five Star Professional award in the Cincinnati area. Ms. Moseley is also an active member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and has volunteered many committees and has been a frequent presenter at the Ohio Accounting Shows. And as a member of the Little Miami Chamber Alliance she was awarded the “5 under 5” Award in 2011.
