ADAM J. GOTTLIEB is a trusts and estates, tax and elder law attorney. He is the principal attorney of Adam J. Gottlieb, Attorney at Law, P.C. For more than 20 years, Mr. Gottlieb’s law practice has been concentrated in wills, trusts, estate planning, sophisticated tax planning, and generation-skipping transfer planning for high-net-worth families, as well as elder law planning. He also advises fiduciaries in administering estates and trusts, including the preparation of estate tax returns. Finally, he represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust litigation in the Surrogate's Court. In addition to being a practicing attorney, he has been a certified public accountant since 1994. Mr. Gottlieb earned his B.S. degree from Long Island University/C.W. Post Campus and his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law.
