JACK R. LUELLEN is a principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, PC, and the location chair of the Denver office, where his practice is primarily dedicated to oil and gas law, with a particular emphasis on litigation. Mr. Luellen earned his B.S. degree, with distinction, from Colorado State University; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. Mr. Luellen is admitted to practice in California, Colorado, Utah, and North Dakota. He is a member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and Energy Mineral Law Foundation.
KELLY C. STURMTHAL is an estate and business planning partner with DSM Law in Jupiter, Florida. Based on her background in entrepreneurship, she also owns a consulting business which has a division called The Profitable Lawyer. She and her business partner help navigate the many details associated with being an entrepreneur. After earning her finance degree from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Sturmthal has been part of growing several law firms and running a consulting firm as she balances the role of being a Mompreneur. She has co-authored the blueprint handbook "Law Office on a Laptop" with one of her former partners, as providing insight to young lawyers is one of her passions. Additionally, Ms. Sturmthal provides many seminars to working moms, families, business owners and law offices regarding estate planning, business succession planning and growing a balanced and successful business.
