MAUREEN CRUSH is a shareholder with Crush & Varma Law Group P.C., in Fishkill, New York, where she heads the corporate and commercial practice group. Ms. Crush practices primarily in general corporate and business transaction law, including banking and commercial finance, and has extensive not-for-profit law experience. She is a frequent lecturer on trusts and estates, corporate and not-for-profit law issues, and serves on numerous boards of directors and committees in the Orange, Sullivan, and Dutchess communities. Ms. Crush received the New York State Bar Association Root/Stimson Award for commitment to public service which has reflected honor on the legal profession. She is a former vice president of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York (2012-2015). Ms. Crush earned her B.S. degree from New York University and her J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law.
STEPHEN E. DIAMOND is a partner in the law firm of Stenger, Roberts, Davis & Diamond, LLP. He practices primarily in the areas of estate planning and administration, business formation and transactions, real estate, and elder law issues. Mr. Diamond is past chairman of and current legal counsel to the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce and a past member of the Board of Directors of The Community Foundation of Dutchess County. He is a frequent lecturer on the topics of estate and retirement planning and elder law issues. Mr. Diamond is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, and Massachusetts. He earned his J.D. degree from Pepperdine University and his LL.M. degree, in taxation, from the University of Florida.
JAMES K. RILEY is a partner in the law firm of Donohue, O'Connell & Riley PLLC, where his practice areas include estate planning, elder law, estate administration, and probate. Mr. Riley is a certified financial planner and an accredited estate planner (National Association of Estate Planning Councils). He is an adjunct professor in the fields of estate planning and financial planning with Pace University and also with Long Island University. Mr. Riley is a member of the Rockland County, New York State, and American bar associations. He served for three terms as a delegate to the New York State Bar Association House of Delegates. Mr. Riley earned his A.B. degree from Fordham College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University.
