CAREN C. JENKINS is the principal attorney with Nevada Legacy Law, where her practice areas include probate avoidance, family trusts, living wills/end of life care, charitable gifts, valuation assistance, powers of attorney, incapacity planning, asset protection, special needs trusts, business succession, and real property law. JESSICA A. LIEBAU is a partner with Wessels & Liebau LLC, in Mequon, Wisconsin. She focuses her practice primarily in the areas of elder law, special needs planning, guardianship, guardian ad litem, estate planning, and estate administration. Ms. Liebau is on the Board of the Elder Law and Special Needs Planning Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Association of Women Lawyers. She currently serves as the editor of the Elder Law and Special Needs Planning Journal of Wisconsin, and is a member of the Trust Committee for Life Navigators, Inc. (formerly ARC of Greater Milwaukee). Ms. Liebau earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from St. Norbert College; and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.
