JASON E. HUNTER is a partner in the Chicago office of Litchfield Cavo, LLP. For nearly two decades, he has represented corporate and individual clients in matters involving insurance defense, catastrophic personal injury, construction defect, products liability, class action, defamation, extra-contractual issues, nursing home/elder abuse, trucking/automobile litigation, errors and omissions, professional malpractice (medical, attorney, architect and accountant), and more. Mr. Hunter has represented commercial clients in litigation, as well as provided guidance in corporate structure/formation, contract disputes, arbitration, employer liability, food contamination, real estate/home owners associations, director and officer defense, copyright/trademark, cyber liability, and toxic tort (mold and asbestos). Maintaining licenses in several jurisdictions has afforded him extensive experience in both state and federal court. J. BRYAN MOSELEY is a partner in the Murfreesboro law firm of Moseley & Moseley, Attorneys at Law, where his main areas of practice are premises liability and civil rights litigation. He also handles general personal injury cases and some other civil litigation. Mr. Moseley is a frequent speaker on personal injury and subrogation topics for National Business Institute. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
