BRANDON CAREY is a staff attorney for the Oklahoma State School Boards Association (OSSBA). He practices in all areas of education law. Prior to joining OSSBA, Mr. Carey was the general counsel for Oklahoma City Public Schools, and prior to that worked as a civil rights attorney for the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights, specializing in Section 504/Title II, Title IX and Title VI issues. Mr. Carey is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma School Board Attorneys Association.
