ROBERT B. BAUER is a shareholder in the law firm of Dougherty, Molenda, Solfest, Hills & Bauer, P.A. He is a general practitioner with an emphasis in real estate, litigation and municipal law. Mr. Bauer is a MSBA certified real property specialist and a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of General Practice. He serves as the city attorney for the cities of Eagan and Apple Valley. Mr. Bauer was appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to serve on the Client Security Board. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law.
BRYAN J. HUNTINGTON is an attorney with Larkin Hoffman Daly & Lindgren Ltd. Mr. Huntington represents clients in the enforcement of their property rights. More specifically, he assists landowners and contractors in litigation and negotiation adversarial to governmental subdivisions and government agencies, including matters involving eminent domain, inverse condemnation, zoning and land use, administrative law, and payment and contract disputes. He has contributed to Bench & Bar, the official publication of the Minnesota State Bar Association, on a variety of real estate issues. Mr. Huntington earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota; and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, formerly Hamline University School of Law.
DANIEL R. TYSON is a partner in the law firm of Nilsson Brandt, P.A. He practices in the areas of real estate, land use and condemnation law, secured lending, commercial law, and business entity law. Mr. Tyson holds the real property specialist certification from the Real Property Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is a member of the Real Property Council, and the governing body of the Real Property Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Tyson currently co-chairs the Liaison Committee of the council that acts as the point of contact between the section and other parties, including banking and real estate trade organizations. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his J.D. degree at Marquette University Law School.
