DOUGLAS V. BARTMAN is an attorney with Berns, Ockner & Greenberger, LLC, located in Beachwood, Ohio. He focuses his practice on construction, employment and commercial litigation. Mr. Bartman advises owners, developers and contractors concerning construction contracts, disputes during construction, and litigating and arbitrating all manners of construction claims after completion. ROBERT M. GREGGO has been with Surety Title Agency, Inc., in Cleveland since 1992 and is currently general counsel. He is also licensed as a title insurance agent. While still in law school, Mr. Greggo conducted title searches and abstracts for a title company in Columbus. He continued to work extensively in the real estate field while in private practice in Columbus. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Akron and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law. JOHN A. HEER is an attorney and counsel at McDonald Hopkins LLC. He focuses his practice on all aspects of environmental law, including compliance counseling and litigation matters. MICHAEL HOLDEN is the vice president and agency manager for North American Title Insurance Company, the 8th largest national underwriter by revenue. He has more than 31 years of experience in title insurance company management, sales, underwriting, and marketing. Mr. Holden is responsible for the day-to-day aspects of managing independent agent business, mentoring, training, and teaching state agency managers and improving the sales of the company. He also serves as strategic manager for the company's new agent focused initiatives. Mr. Holden is also responsible for direct sales to independent title agents in a ten state region. TERRENCE L. SEEBERGER is a partner of the firm of Stark & Knoll Co., LPA in Akron, Ohio.
