TRACY A. COLEMAN is the owner of Coleman Law Group LLC, which is located in Gary, Indiana. Ms. Coleman has more than 21 years of experience and a diverse law practice. Her areas of practice includes, but is not limited to, personal injury cases, discrimination cases, civil rights cases, estate planning, and family law. PAMELA J. HENSLER is an attorney at Mallor Grodner LLP, with offices in Bloomington and Indianapolis, Indiana. Ms. Hensler focuses her practice on real estate litigation and transactions; resolving boundary, easements and purchase agreement disputes; and drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and general business law. JANET DAVIS HOCKER is the owner and managing attorney of Hocker & Associates LLC. She has practiced law for more than 23 years in the areas of real estate and title insurance. Her clientele has ranged from private individuals needing legal services to address certain life challenges to international casinos desiring real estate and title work for implementation of riverboat casinos along the river banks of Indiana. She is a member of the Indiana Land Title Association, American Land Title Association and is an agent for First American Title Insurance Company. She is an Indiana and federal government contractor providing closing, escrow and title services to the city of Indianapolis, state of Indiana, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and U.S. Department of Agriculture. She also represents a national lender in the states of Indiana and Pennsylvania, primarily in their refinance division. JOHN R. MOLITOR is a solo practitioner and registered lobbyist before the Indiana General Assembly. He has represented public and private sector clients interested in economic development, infrastructure funding, property taxation, utility regulation, historic preservation and myriad local government issues. Mr. Molitor is secretary-treasurer of the Land Use and Zoning Section of the Indiana State Bar Association, and is a former chair of that section. He formerly was a member of the Taxation and Infrastructure committees of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. He is also a former staff attorney at the Indiana Legislative Services Agency, where he served seven years as director of the Office of Code Revision and three years as senior counsel to the Local Government Study Commission. Mr. Molitor supervised the drafting of several major pieces of legislation, including the Home Rule Act and a recodification of the state's election laws. He has spoken at numerous business and professional seminars covering subjects such as property rights, property taxation, historic preservation, commercial lease administration, impact fees, planning and zoning, legislative drafting, local ordinance enforcement, the Indiana “Open Door” law, the Access to Public Records Act, and legal ethics. Mr. Molitor earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Indiana University at South Bend and his J.D. degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law where he is a former adjunct professor of law at that school. YASMIN L. STUMP has been a lawyer in Indiana for about 29 years and practices in the areas of real estate transactions and litigation, including eminent domain. She is the president and founder of the Yasmin L. Stump Law Group, PC (YLSLG), and her firm’s clients have Fortune 500 and 1,000 companies, utility companies, governmental entities, agencies and boards, small businesses, and individuals. YLSLG represented the Indiana Department of Transportation in the eminent domain cases in two of the largest projects in the United States - sections 1 through 5 of the I-69 Extension Project and the Ohio River Bridges Project, which was awarded both Project of the Year in 2013 by the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and the Quality of Life/Community Development award at the 10th annual America’s Transportation Awards competition in 2017. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Stump was the section chief of both the Tort and Real Estate Litigation sections of the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, where she handled thousands of real estate and eminent domain cases involving a diverse range of properties. Additionally, she has been involved in numerous appellate cases, and she has testified as an expert witness in the area of eminent domain law. Ms. Stump serves on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and is a past president of the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce. She is certified as a civil mediator in Indiana.
