JUSTIN J. EDDY is an attorney with the Cleveland law office of Tucker Ellis LLP. Mr. Eddy counsels developers, investors, public and private companies, municipalities, townships, and individuals in matters involving property acquisition and assembly, financing, development, zoning and entitlements, divestiture, ownership and management, and real estate joint ventures. He has extensive experience advocating on behalf of developers before municipal, township, and county boards of zoning appeals; planning commissions; and city councils. He also has experience with issues involving environmental diligence and compliance, conservation easements, and title and survey matters and leasing, as well as real estate litigation experience in receivership matters, land use, and eminent domain. LINDA M. GREEN is a vice president for Chicago Title Insurance Company, the manager of the Northeast Ohio Commercial Division for Chicago Title, and underwriting counsel for the National Commercial Center of Chicago Title based in Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Green has more than 30 years of experience in commercial examining and title underwriting. She earned her law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. Ms. Green is the past chair for the Real Estate Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association; is the past president of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and the Cleveland Title Association; and she is a member of Greater Cleveland Mortgage Bankers Association, Turnaround Management Association, and the Ohio Land Title Association. RICHARD S. KOBLENTZ is an attorney with Koblentz & Penvose, LLC. Mr. Koblentz devotes the greatest portion of his practice to the area of professional responsibility which includes, but is not limited to, legal ethics, attorney discipline, bar admission representation, representation in the areas of attorney conflicts of interest, disqualification of counsel, law firm formations and dissolutions, legal malpractice representation as both plaintiff and defense counsel, and service as an expert witness. ROBERT G. KONSTAND is a sole practitioner in Akron, Ohio. As an attorney in private practice for more than 40 years, Mr. Konstand maintains a transactional practice with emphasis on business and real estate, including zoning, as well as local government law.
