MICHAEL C. ADGES is a sole practitioner in Williston Park, New York, with the Law Office of Michael C. He focuses his practice on general corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, loan and equity financings, real estate finance and other commercial lending. Mr. Cornachio counsels a number of middle market level companies which have business operations or real estate interests on Long Island. He had handled a variety of complex corporate transactions. Mr. Cornachio earned his B.A. degree from Colgate University and his J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law. ANDREW L. CRABTREE is the principal of the Law Offices of Andrew L. Crabtree, P.C., in Melville, New York. The firm focuses on transactional and litigated real estate, landlord-tenant, construction, and general commercial business matters. Mr. Crabtree has a broad background in residential condominium development and sales; in commercial leasing and represents commercial owners, developers, purchasers and tenants, including a national franchise chain; and in commercial leasing, and landlord and tenant matters. ROBERT L. GORDON is a sole practitioner at the Law Office of Robert L. He earned his A.B. degree from Columbia University and his J.D. degree from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. PAUL A. LANNI is a general practice attorney with the law firm of Blodnick, Fazio & Associates, P.C. His practice areas include commercial litigation, general litigation, real estate and complex real estate workouts, mortgage modifications, landlord/tenant law, foreclosures, estate planning and estate litigation, matrimonial and family law, corporate law and business planning, personal injury, bankruptcy, and vehicle and traffic law. Mr. Lanni has been a CLE lecturer for National Business Institute for various programs concerning issues on landlord/tenant, foreclosure, real estate purchase agreements and title issues, and civil litigation. He has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the eastern and southern districts of New York, as well as before the U.S. Court of Claims. Mr. Lanni was admitted to the bar of the State of New York in 1997. He earned his B.A. degree from SUNY at Stony Brook; his paralegal certificate from Adelphi University; and his J.D. degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchberg Law Center.
